Thule roof bars mounting kit and roof box

Needing a bit more storage space (deck chairs) and I am thinking of roof box.
Does anyone know what weight can be placed on the pop roof when opening up and down which would not affect the manufactures warranty?
Also need to know the Thule part number for the T - bar mounting kit for Cali.
