How to disable roof Hydraulic pump

I've asked this question elsewhere but it's embedded in loads of other detail so thought I would ask in a new Thread.

I want to ascertain if the roof is sagging more than 20cms in 3 days - allegedly the VW tolerance.

Because the roof auto-corrects every 5 hours, I can't measure this directly.

How can I disable the pump or control panel such that I can measure the sag without re-inflation. And I need it to be risk free - don't want to find when I re-enable it, the roof won't lower.

Any ideas?

Disconnect the batteries.

I'm assuming all three since the main battery didn't disconnect the control panel but tossed up a mass of errors!

Too difficult for me to get to the leisure batteries for now so will have to wait.

Do you know if that's the official VW method for testing the "sag"?

Only the Leisure Batteries power the Hydraulic pump. Just have to disconnect the + tve terminal, not lead, on the front leisure battery under the seat.

Edit. Disconnect red lead, ( connection to rear battery ) from terminal block and insulate it.

Isn't the battery in parallel with the rear leisure battery so would maybe I need to remove both??

They are wired in parallel but all the connections are from the front, so disconnect the red lead from the terminal block, and insulate it, and terminal block from battery post.

Pull the two relays under the LH seat. Much easier. J238 & J239
