Hi!

I removed my Hydraulic roof pump as the roof was sagging when sitting on site for about 5days + lowering down the roof was uneven.

Have anyone EVER repaird their pump? as it just has somekind of flow error inside (leaking membrene/oring etc.).
Also if anyone has diagram of the pump then please share.

Thanks!

Question about defective hydrolic roof pump.
Is it possible to take the pump motor out and test it and put it back in if it still works? Does anyone have any experience with this?
Apparently motors are also sold separately.

What I already did:
Loosened roof liner up to the pump.
I got the chip off nicely and converted voltage 12V / 5A. (from a frigobox inverter 120V/12V).

I switched polarity but in both cases I only hear a slight "klik-sound" where it then also stops. Could my wire be too fine and not voltage enough or worse...so the pump stuck?

Below is the info I had on the error message.
Mine is that I can't get the roof up. Error 1011 and 1001.

These are the errors in the PDF list:
1010 1010 Short-circuit to (earth) roof
1001 1001 Fuse / short-circuit to (plus+) roof
1100 1100 Short-circuit output Roof "on"
1101 1101 Fuse roof "to"
1110 1110 Short-circuit output Roof "to"
1111 1111 Fuse starting Roof "to"

Could be the wire but more likely 5 amps is not enough. Normally a direct supply from a battery fused at 20 or 40 amps. Need to check the value of the roof fuse but out and about at present.

Found it 30 amp fuse under passenger seat RHD.

You are correct.
I have now taken electricity directly from the battery with a 30A fuse. Positive result. Pump is still working.
My problem will be with the sensors.
