How to replace the sliding table

I am trying to replace the plastic part which connects the sliding table and kitchen unit and I have no clue how to set the plastic part into the sliding rail.

Does anyone knows how to set the part in to the rail? Do I need to take the rail off from the kitchen unit?

No need to remove the rail.
Just remove the stop from the end of the rail near the wardrobe.
I have a T5.1 but assume it’s the same on a T6.

As an additional bit of information for anyone who has to remove the sliding table. The stop shown in the above picture is bolted from the front but is also screwed from inside the wardrobe and the black connectors, which slide in the rail, have very small dome shaped washers, 2 per connector, which will fall off as soon as you remove the connector.
