How to secure the discounts for VIP members

Hi, we recently bought a California Ocean and joined the Club as a VIP member as I was attracted by the discounts available. However, I am unclear as to how to access the discounts available e.g. Cotswold 15%. Do you just go to the store and show the card provided with the membership pack or is there something else I need? Also how does the system work for online purchases? Any help/feedback would be much appreciated thanks.

Update - just tried to make a purchase online and got the following response from the online chat person......
