How will the process of lifting lockdown work?

I am assuming this will be staggered, maybe by age and the less vulnerable allowed out first ? Do we all need to be tested before we are allowed to mix again ? Maybe you are only allowed out within your own council District ?

Can't be an easy decision to make

Hi, press (The Times) are reporting about an NHS app which will track yours and other locations 24/7 and then tell you when you go near someone who has tested positive ? Not sure what use that will be in grand scheme of things and the implications on who has or has not got the app.

My fear is this will lead to some sort of even bigger nanny state.
