Ideas for bank holiday (yes, I know we've left it a bit late!)

Looking to take the Cali somewhere not too far from London next weekend. 7 month old baby so running water a must and EHU a bonus. Everywhere I look at is booked up! Yikes! Any suggestions!?

We were away last weekend and given a lot of campsites appeared to be booked up near the sea we looked in land and ended up going to a C&C club site at Cheltenham Race course, It was a great base for the Cotswolds. Not the best site to sit by the van at as basically a big car park turned into a site when no racing on, but water, hook up, showers and lot a space.
