I looked at the inka eBay site but can only see black or beige. Before their shutdown/ move I'm sure they used to do grey as well? Any ideas?
 
Just received a set of gray from them Tuesday. Give them a ring, think the chap to
talk to is Tom. He's very helpfull and will you out
 
Do you know the number? I think I struggled to find their website.

Here you go, 01509 611068. you will need to go to sales, think its extension 1 and
tall to Tom. if your cali is a 2013/14 you will need to have the larger headrest
covers.

I just called and ordered a set for my beach & was told I should expect to wait no more than a week.

It was £143.96 for 3+1+2 with vip discount

Just a quick vote for Inka / tom. Their after sales service is just great. I got the wrong headrests and they fixed it within a week. They should really have their own website - they would be so much easier to find and contact and I'm sure they'd make a fortune.
 
Hi Guys. I have a new Cali SE which I took delivery of in Oct 2013. It is a 2014 model I gather. I recently purchased a set of Inca seat covers for it and find they fit perfectly. I do however have an issue with the rear cover in that when I fold down backwards the headrests the silver part of the rest puts considerable pressure on the fabric and is tearing it. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has identified this as a problem.

if you give Inka a call they should replace these for you with the new style ones which will fit.
 
If they do replace your rear seat cover, tell them they can sell it to me 'cheap'. I want a grey rear cover for my rear seat . The T5 cover not perfect for a T4 but far better than anything else out there for me. I only rang him again yesterday but he only has full sets (understandably).
 
Hi Martin. Thanks for that. I have already been in contact with Tom at Auto-Kit and have also sent him photos of the 'problem' as I see it. He was aware of the age/model of my Cali and I assume the covers I have received are the new style ones. I received a 'modified' rear cover (modified by lowering the opening where the silver part of the headrest fits by half an inch) from him today and it did not resolve the problem when I fitted it.
You are probably aware that the rear headrests fold back into a recess in the seat and this is where the problem lies - the cover does not appear to take account of this recess and when folded down the silver part of the headrest puts pressure on the fabric causing it to tear.

I spoke to Tom a couple of weeks ago and he said the new headrest covers were in production, are these what you have received?
 
I have no problem with the headrest covers that came with the bench seat cover they fit perfectly. It's the back of the seat cover that is the problem, as described above.
 
I would like to add my experience of Inka. We ordered a full set of covers for our 2021 Cali on 8 November 2021 which arrived about a week later. Whilst the quality was good the fabric colour did not match the colour on the website so we returned them and asked for a different design. The website promised to refund the return carriage but Inka refused. It is now 17 Feb 2022 and the replacement covers arrive today - 3 and a half months after placing the original order! AND they sent the wrong size headrest covers after speficically checking we would receive the smaller type B model. I would echo other people's comments here - items show in stock when they are not. I suspect the covers are made overseas and take ages to come to the UK. Response times to email enquiries are painfully slow and the phone number is not monitored. Truly terrible. I would pay extra and buy from elsewhere.
