Hi there,
Heading to Italy with the van in Sept and plan to cycle for a couple of days around Stelvio and nearby climbs. Wondering if anyone could recommend a campsite in the area.
We’re also planning to visit Milan for a concert during this time and would like to stay at a campsite on edge of the city if anyone knew one there.
Appreciate any recommendations anyone has.
Thanks!

And further down the valley you have:
Good luck. And enjoy :thumb

As an alternative to Milan you could look into the Campeggio Trelago in Ghirla, which is in the valley between Lugano and Varese about 1 hour driving from Milan. The area has amazing bicycling being located in the forested hills of the Campo Dei Fiori park and has amazing bicycling. You can also get to Milan by bike from there via Varese and the paths along the Ticino river that lead you to the canals that head into Milan that were built by Leonardo Da Vinci.
