Layout/format issue

There seems to be a layout issue on the forum home page;

I think it looks that way for quite some time , if not since the beginning .
Not saying it is normal , it should indeed be in line with the others.....

I have noticed something recently too but I'm not sure if its just the way it is?
I cannot activate the links on the right hand side when I'm in a thread.
If I return to the forum 'menu' the are active but when i click innto another thread, they remain visible but not active links.

Same as above, links won't work for me unless going back one step. Noticed it for a few days now..........
