Hey all I’m new to all this!

We have a t7 and I was planning to go away for a long weekend. I’ve found the perfect campsite but there’s no electric hook up. Does anyone know how long the leisure battery would last if you’re only really using it for the fridge and maybe the lights?

Hi!

Do you have 2 batteries? If so 48 hours perfectly but don’t worry as the batteries charge flying! We are this weekend out in a cold area with snow (-5°) and the heating system is working all night non stop. In 10 minutes they are fully charged with the engine and spent max 50%.

We’ve done 3 nights / 4 days without hook up and the battery didn’t give out, although just before packing up we ran the engine for 20 minutes just to put a few more blue bars on the control panel icon.

EDIT: Another thing to note, the diesel heater takes its supply from the leisure battery, and the battery must have a charge of 11.5V or more. The actual current drawn is not much, but in this cold weather you may use it more frequently.
