MAR Engine

Ordered my first Cali on the 29th of December 2020. No build week yet but I got a message from the salesman saying the car will have a MAR engine. It seems to be a quite rebuild of the 150 hp diesel engine. Any views on this?

The emissions impacts seem good however these are at the cost of adding more tech. It would be good to know how long this tech has been around, or whether these are the first engines to adopt it.

It seems to me that this is quite new technology but its needed I think for at least two reasons. First its better for the environment and secondly it will lower the tax which is quite steep already and will increase in springtime by 40% here in Sweden.
It will be of no cost to me. Hope it works as they say...
