Master switch delay?

Hello ,

Last weeks i am having a strange problem, which i cant explain.
After turn 12 v master switch on there is no electricity in car for approximately 20second, then everything works as usual. After turning master switch off and again on there is no delay. It happens only after few days being off. However last year we didnt have this problem

Any thoughts/ explanation ?
