Multiflex Board and Rails issues!

Anyone had any trouble putting the MF board back in once removed? Took it out to get rid of a fridge and now simply cannot get the t part of the bolts to turn and secure when back on the rails. To add insult to injury got whacked on the head by the raised part of the MF board. Lethal.

Yes. Removed the board and loosened them to do that

I had trouble with the t bolts once, wouldnt seem to turn, I had to unscrew it all the way to get it in. Even then it was difficult.

There is a knack - make sure the MF is sat squarely on the rails - use the end stops as a reference. Once the fixing bolts are located you can move the board along to your desired position and then lock it in place. Needs to sit square =

Thanks all. Trick was as Matt said to unscrew the black screw fully and then when push black screw right down the silver oval dial goes down more fully! Fiddly but makes sense
