Need an earth shunt kit

So on a recent weekend trip our 2009 plate T5 SE started to show all the dreaded symptoms of a bad earth shunt connection - heater cutting out, lights + display flickering when starting the heater, fridge also cutting out.

I've learned about the repair and am willing to give it a go, but it doesn't seem that the kits are being sold any more. I've contacted campervanbits and the german caliground people, but neither have any in stock and they're not planning to get any more in.

So what to do? Thanks in advance!

You can get the parts from Halfords. Nothing that special.

sorry, confused - the thread has a link to halfords that doesn't go anywhere for me, and post 5 has a link to the Caliground kit that is no longer available

Here we are these will need to be ordered from lll parts as tps and VW don"t list them anymore
first you will need an earth lead this is the size Hope this helps

one end is a12mm and ones end is 8mm overall length with ends is 62.5cm
