New o/s rear light cluster damaged

I’m just back from holiday to find the Cali damaged.
It’s been hit, not too hard, in the rear o/s scratching the bumper and breaking the glass in the rear cluster.
There’s a couple of small pieces on the floor so I can’t see it being able to be repaired.
Presumably a complete replacement part required?

Afraid so. But check, replacing both with aftermarket might be cheaper than replacing 1 OEM from VW.
