Off roading in a Cali

Thought we'd give the Cali a "proper" try in very wet grass/mud conditions and even used diff lock for the first time.

What a lot of fun! One very steep slope defeated us (lack of speed) so slid back down but it was fine once we got some speed up. Diff lock makes the steering on full lock sound horrible (like any 4x4) and takes a long time to switch off again but it definitely helped traction - I can confidently say no 2WD car/vehicle would have made the 35%(ish) muddy slope we tackled.

We then ate lunch and made cups of tea in it - a properly versatile vehicle!
