Oil change service warning coming on after 10 months/3,000km and the days to service going up and down.

Hi all, every time I put the key in my 2023 reg (2022 build) T6.1 Ocean, I get a warning (see photo) about an oil change service being due in (currently 44 days). A week ago (and 800km ago, at the beginning of my road trip) it said 17 days, and it has been changing (mostly going up) since we hit the road. The van is 10 months old (excluding delivery time of perhaps 3 months) and has done around 3,000km, because most trips away have been nearby. The dealer, service sticker, and handbook all say the first service isn’t due till 2 years/30,000km, so does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.

Service indicator been set to annual servicing not long life?
Based on your mileage I would have thought annual would be the correct choice as the 2year long life regime is really designed for high mileage vans.
