Old Style Sportsline Wheels - Wheel Cap covers

I appear to have lost one of the wheel cap covers. Apart from VW are there any other suppliers who supply the caps or something similar. I may consider replacing all of them as the others are fairly faded anyway.
Also as anyone fitted covers to the wheel bolts - mine at the moment are all exposed and rusty.

Thanks but I have a local VW Van centre in Manchester where I can get them but I was looking for alternatives to VW ones.
