My warranty has expired now, so no reason to use VW dealerships any more.
Please can someone recommend me a good reliable place I could get my van serviced in Oxfordshire please?
I generally prefer smaller places where I can actually speak to the actual person who does the work
thanks

Would be interested in recommendations for Oxfordshire too.
In anticipation. Thanks

I can recommend https://www.cornemotors.co.uk/ in Southmoor. I know the guys well and would happily recommend them. They did work on my T5 and T6 Cali’s and have always maintained my VW’s.

I used Axford Engineering (OX9 2JL) for all 3 vans I have owned. They are honest straightforward and I never received any bill shock. Serviced every 12mths (none of this long service shite) changed cam belts when required etc. but most of all treated my vehicles with the utmost respect none of the VW commercial malarkey of oily boots on floor and oily arses on my seats. If you use them let them know Derek pointed you their way. Nothing in it for me just a useful intro.

Use Steve Emms. Fully qualified VW specialist and he comes to you

You won’t get better than Scotty’s Van Centre just outside Bicester.

Ex VW/Mann commercial guys.
Been using them for years.
Excellent.
Hi @sidepod. Got the van serviced at Scotty’s -

I chose them primarily as they are the most conveniently located to my home from all the recommendations.

Anyway, I was very impressed. They are genuine VW enthusiasts, knowledgable and interested. I got a service and MOT done. Thanks ever so much. Will return.

At least you found it then hidden in the farmyard. I was there yesterday as it happens. :thumb

Depends where you are. I have always used Axfords (great Milton). Proper outfit straightforward advice and none of the long service shite.

Update.
Took our vw car to Corne motors, we’re happy with service we received. They weren’t pushy about pushing items needing fixed but told us about which parts on the vehicle were not 100%.
Thanks for the info.
