Photos not photo’s

I know I literally fell off my chair and dropped my pipe hence no full stop.

Should it be photographs and not photos?

......The apostrophe in “photo's” has nothing to do with pluralising. The apostrophe is there to replace the missing letters of “photographs”.

This was the sort of question posed in double English.......... whilst I was gazing out of the window.

Never the less, whilst the former is probably now accepted as correct, I'll put my tick against the latter with the apostrophe replacing the missing letters in "photographs".

@ThomasHJ
Great stuff, this........and you're replying! :thumb;)

Damn - I was doing so well... until the last question. I had no idea of that rule!

9 out of 10.
Same here 9 but for some reason I answered qu. 4 thinking there was more than one possessive godfather (despite the obvious clue in the photo) !

I recommend a book called Eats Shoots & Leaves for punctuation confusion.
If you aren't confused before you read it you will be at the end. Interesting read.

I couldn't stop thinking about how ridiculous
the questions were. or is that where? innit.

What is this meant to mean?
The England Squad of ’66 hated the 1500s.

Have they seen the future, the Triumph 1500 motor
