Plymouth - Snows Van centre

Has anyone used Snows in Plymouth? We normally travel to Exeter for servicing but Plymouth is nearer however I have not heard any reviews about them?

We have used Snows for our T6 Ocean first interim service at 12mths. Easy to arrange a free courtesy van. Good service.

Also replaced the sliding table (trim coming off) ,sent a photo online to Lee (service manager ) who ordered the table . Saved a trip.
They picked up the T6 recalls when we went to collect the table. Good to have them done before recent European trip.

They provided a pick up & deliver back service. Which we have used once.

We have now sent a video of our wonky closing roof . It sagged while we were in Spain recently. Will use the collect & deliver back service. Will report back .

We did consider Carrs Exeter but happy to use Snows so far.

Our Grace is back from VW Snows Plymouth after warranty repair to her wonky closing roof.
New motor installed ,all working well. Cali pristine inside & outside.

Had a courtesy brand new T6 Highline (only few miles) for four days .

Friendly helpful service from Andy .
