Excited for an upcoming couple of weeks in Polzeath, Cornwall. Week at Southwinds and week at Tristram, right on the beach. Badly in need of a break and we're beyond excited.
Anyone been and have any recommendations? We have been there on a day trip before but never stayed.

Sounds fab, enjoy and don’t forget to feed back your observations.

The Cracking Crab at Tristram is great but make sure you book. Also the little restaurant on the other side of the bay right on the beach is nice. Great walk along the coast to Rock as well.

Do they still charge £60 per night at Tristram plus still charge for showers ?

Just had 4 nights at Tristram. £57 per night, 50p showers.
That was one of the premium lower level pitches closest to the beach with power.
We loved it!

Going there in July - not been before. Do you think any of the pitches need levelling ramps? Your pic makes it look as if not.

The pitch we had last summer we needed them. Didn't have any but bought them from the shop. It is generally a sloping site, so suspect most spots would need them. We are also back in July.

Yes we needed a ramp under front L - I didn't notice many without ramps. The larger upper area (furthest from the beach) is the most cambered.
