We saw that chap/ ramp arrangement on Putsborough beach back in half term. A nice spot (if in need of a little levelling). Nice memories.....

You could probably get a machine in there, level the ground, put down some hard core, concrete in a slab and let it set quicker than construct those wooden ramps!

Never throw away wood has been a rule of mine. You never know what you might need it for. But that it wasn't I was thinking of doing with my leftovers! Admiration all the same.
