Power from main battery into the van

I would like to charge a lithium battery that I have behind the drivers' seat of the van. The device requires connecting to the main battery. What is the best way to run the two cables from the engine area into the back of the van? Or, can I run it off the leisure battery without messing up the management system.

Is it a standalone battery or a system such as an ecoflow or similar?
