puddle lights

Ive just seen these on a site and wondered has anybody fitted them to a t6. They project a vw logo onto the floor when the door is open. They could be piggybacked of the california lights in the footwell but im not sure if it will affect the canbus or even if they are on the canbus. Just wondered if anyone has had a go at fitting some.

A guy on youtube has fittted some to a t5 and they look cracking.
