Hi,

I've recently become the proud owner of a Cali Ocean and I've noticed the floor section between the two front seats (by the hand brake) is very soft and moves when stud on. Is this normal?

If you mean spongy yes that's normal it can be alarming when you first stand on it

Yes spongy is the best way to describe it . I'm glad it's normal I was worried I'd end up going through the floor.

There is a large wiring loom between the front seats with a thick foam pad with cutouts to protect it.

You learn something everyday on here, I too was wondering why there was a soft bit, no alarmed but curious all the same.
