Rear Bed Rubber Bumper

Hi all

Does anyone know what it is and where it is supposed to be fitted?

They fit on the leading edge of the metal parcel shelf. to stop the rear seat possibly jamming the seat belts if pushed back too far.
In order to refit you have to remove the plastic holder and then pull the tail of the rubber stopper though to fit properly.
