rear head rest not folding down

Hi has anyone had pa problem with lowering a rear head rest?
On my 2014 cali one of the rear head rest will not fold down .

When ours was newer they were quite stiff and you had to really push the button down with a hard push to get them to fold it down

Cheers Andy gave head rest real firm press (A lot more than other head rest requires ) and head rest released. Will bed in with use I hope Thanks again

Glad it worked, looking from outside into the back of the van the right one was the one that always need the hardest push.
