Rear seat belt anchor

Any ideas on how I managed this ? After converting the bottom bed back to a 2 seater on a new ocean the seat belt anchors have disappeared . It was stiff sliding it back and forth… could it have lifted off rail and angled the anchor downwards ? Any suggestions ?

Lift the rear of the seat base cushion up & have a feel around for them, I can see the steel cables that they are attached to in your photo so they are still there!
