Rear wiper blade holder sheared off

The rear wiper blade holder is held on to the rotating arm of the motor by a circular plastic clamp. This has sheared off.
Is it glued on originally - can't really tell but there is no "jubilee clip" type fastening. Where could I purchase a replacement?

That does seem like an easy jubilee clip fix. Not looked at the full profile though.
