Registering French Cali in UK - COC in German!

Hi folks!
We have moved from France to UK recently and brought our beloved french-LH drive-Cali with us . We are now going through the process of registering it here in the UK and need to refer to the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) to fill in the DVLA forms....however our CoC is in German and we are finding it pretty much impossible to find the correct pieces of information required to complete the registration.
Does anyone have any advice or an English version of the CoC we could refer to please?

If you have the original - Übereinstimmungsbescheinigung -
CoC in english, it should be straightforward.

Vin number, weights, wheel sizes, vehicle class etc...
