Replacement Awning

Hi there

I have a two piece wind out awning on my 2014 VW California T5 that has fallen apart at the seams in the heat last year and I now need to replace it with the latest single piece version. Is this an easy operation and DIY project to replace it? If not recommended can anyone suggest a company in the west country who could do this, I live in Cornwall and the only one I have found so far is a company called Rose Awnings but they are about 190 miles away. I see a replacement awning is available on the Campervan Bits web site at £339.99.
