Replacing rear interior side panel - how easy is it?

Hi,
Had a slight disaster in my 2016 Beach - a load toppled and made a big crack in the rear passenger side panel, which is getting worse :-(
So, I've a feeling I need to pay vast amounts of cash and replace it. My main question is how easy it's going to be....!
From the woolly VW drawing, it looks like I may need to remove most of (if not all) the adjacent panels in the process - possibly dismantling the whole side of the van.
Any one any experience or advice to share on this?
Do I attempt it, or just pay even more for someone to do it properly?

No experience I'm afraid but it doesn't look like specialist tools are required - just screws and pop studs. If it were me , I'd give it a go myself - if you get stuck, you can always fall back on a professional.
