Rock n roll bed diffi

Hi all. Just bought a T1 and getting to know it! We have an issue with the rock n roll seat. It doesn’t glide forward and is quite bumpy to pull forward. In reverse it seems relatively smooth. We are near Bakewell and wonder where to take it to have it looked at. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks all.

I had a similar issue with my 6.1 and was told to check my technique.
I was advised to pull the handle up as far as it goes, really pull it, then use my whole body weight and legs to lurch forward. I felt a bit patronised but tried it and it worked.
I have not had a problem since.
Might be worth a go.

Thanks for that. We are actually getting the bed forward exactly as you said. It just looks effortless and glides forward with no fuss when California Chris operates his wondered if ours needs some adjustment!
