Roof popping

Hi all wondering if anyone has experienced this popping noise before.Just spent 3 days in Hampshire with the weather very hot and roof up on my T 6.1 when driving home and on motorway doing average 70 mph I started to hear loud popping noises coming from roof especially above drives side. I have checked the roof and all seems ok but was at the time a little bit worrying it lasted for about 5 minutes and then stopped could it be sun on roof when I was camping ie expansion on the metal or something inside.

Yes. I had something similar, but on the passenger side.

More like a vibrating internally under the bed platform, as if air was running under a gap at the front.

Like you say, everything seemed to align perfectly up front on the roof.

Oddly, this only occurred after it went to Breeze VW for a service.

Wondering if you might have the answer which could be Air leaving the inside of roof which might have got trapped between roof and mattress but I did have door open when lowering the roof . Let’s see if anybody else has had the same problem Thanks for the reply
