Can anyone help me identify this roof rack?

Wow, that's not much to go on ;-) I doubt it'll be possible to say with any certainty which rack that is solely based on the photo. Perhaps this one?

Seems to be the same rack as this one.

Possibly this but most are for van steel roof mounting as Cali roof not strong enough for load carrying.

Is it a roof rack or a heavy duty solar panel?

It could be a large rhino rack mesh platform sat on Thule roof bars? I have a small version.
