Roof tie down straps?

i read a lot about these on this site. Don't know if any came with my van new.
What do they look like and where in the van might they be stored?

I think we have a picture in the shop, mine were in the drawer under the bench seat when new.

If you read post on the roof straps surely you must seen it it pic's?

Where they sit from new depends , they just are in a plastic bag somewhere ....in the cupboards or drawer under the benchseat.

Many thanks. Will check and hope I don't need them as roof seems to be the California's Achilles heel!
Perhaps that's why some new models have hydraulic lifting struts as per my post earlier.

There has been no change with the Hydraulic roof mechanics since it was introduced on the T5SE. It is still the same on the T6 Ocean.

For the straps, check the rear of the R Kitchen cupboard where the First Aid kit and Triangle are on the SE. Could be there. Mine were in the bag with the Curtains for the cab.

Mine were in a different vehicle completely! along with the cab curtains etc etc
Good job I went to the handover armed with the checklist.

Checked everywhere. No show so rather than go through the gambit of arguing with the dealer as to whether or not it was ther on handover ( it was never mentioned) I have ordered the kit from the club shop.

I dont have them either. Anyone know where I can buy them other than the shop - happy to support the shop but I'm in Germany and the shipping costs are more than the part. Thanks!
