Sagging roof on T6.1 Ocean (2022) model

I purchased a T6.1 ocean 2022 model in April this year.
Since purchase on many occasions the roof sags in less than 10 hours & then the reading lights in the roof turn off. The only way to rectify the situation is to turn on the ignition & raise the roof again.

The van has been to the VW dealer 3 times but they continue to claim there is no issue.

Any ideas on how I can proceed?
