SCR Distribution, Sowerby bridge, Speaker upgrade and traffic cam fitted - Great job!

Hi all, just for info, SCR provided a set of speakers (made by Feelart), replacing all the original VW speakers and fitted a subwoofer under the drivers seat. They also installed a Blackvue front and rear camera. The change in quality of the audio is amazing, the output becomes really involving and an absolute joy to listen to. Great bunch of guys. Installation took a day....also they haven't asked me to post this.

Sounds great - I’m looking at audio upgrades but I don’t fancy the £1,700 package offered by Absolut5, awesome though I’m sure it is - how much did the speakers and sub cost you at SCR? If you don’t mind me asking..

Hi, it was a LOT less than your quote, circa £1100 but it was before April. Mine included fitting and setting up the camera (front and rear). Feelart are a sub brand of a Danish speaker company that specialises in home systems, for me, i'm really happy with the sound and I'm normally a Naim/Mission speaker user. Basicially i went there, left the van with them for a day and went for wander in the hills, you can also take a train into Halifax or leeds if you prefer.

do you have any pictures? Id like to do the same, but Im quite anal with fitter quality, especially on such an expensive vehicle.

Hi, me too, there’s really nothing to see other than the sub under the drivers seat and some elec connectors, all the other speaker grills etc are the same. SCR have, unfortunately stopped fitting the kits and are now a supply only business( as that bit has grown so much)

Also, you can write to SCR and ask them who is your local purchaser of their kits, the advantage is no wires are cut and everything is reversible, all plug and play
