Screensaver on Kenwood

Had our Beach for 3 weeks, it has a Kenwood 518 system which is driving us nuts. There’s a sort of screensaver that comes on about EVERY 25 seconds & does a round up, like a tv advert, of what the system offers, It’s really irritating Does anyone know if we can disable this? We’ve looked on the Kenwood site but there’s no information relating to this.

Sounds like it could be in demo mode .

Have a Google for turning it off . Just had a quick look and it seems to be quite a common issue.

Thanks for the reply, we had googled but it just keeps referring back to this site we are convinced there must be a way to turn it off but we haven’t found it!
