Sorry these might be a silly questions. How does it self inflate? How do you adjust the degree of inflation? Just roll up to deflate?

Sorry for delay.
They have a very clever valve which only lets air out or in depending on which direction you have it in. You can then just blow into valve if you need more air. Super cozy and folds flat very quickly.
