A friend of ours found some good sites on our mini road-trip to Shropshire and Somerset and has written a more detailed article about that trip at campfiremag.co.uk.
Especially liked Burrowhayes near Minehead. Mind you, most of the Exmoor/Minehead area is lovely and lots of sites to choose from. Poolbridge and Westermill are lovely but no EHU.
They went on to South Wales but got very put off by the Gateway Holiday Park...the entertainment in the litter-strewn field seemed to be a big pile of mud. Funny what caravan-users like, isn't it?
