I’ve been considering improving my set up for a while now and thinking of a sliding drawer…Once installed does the drawer restrict positioning of the rear set on the sliding rail?

Also, thinking about window bags - do these get in the way when folding out the mattress?

Little more info needed as to what van you have

It depends which drawer you buy. There are certainly some available which do not restrict the position of the bench seat (we have a SpaceMate which does not). You may need to check the specifics of the model you are buying, especially if buying 2nd hand, as designs are evolving.

I have a 2019 T6 Ocean, and have both a boot drawer and Vaness Window bag (rhs). I chose to go for the deeper drawer which does slightly compromise sliding seat position, however I chose that instead of the shorter one that doesn't impact. The Vaness window bag poses no restrictions either, although it would potentially depend on the bulk of what you store in it.

We had a Calicap our Beach.

74cm deep (front to rear)

Depth allowed for Beach to still be used as a 7 seater when required without having to remove the tray
