sliding wardrobe door cali T5 broken louvre conectors

Hi everyone .we got our Cali T5 last october and been tinkering to fix things and lanoguard etc. The one thing that I am struggling with is , is the sliding wardrobe/cupboard door. The plastic connecting joints in between the louvres have broken down over time and the heavy duty sticky clear tape is no longer sticky. Can I buy the sticky tape and plastic joints that connect the louvres? Preferably original parts , but if not , something that will alst longer than 5 minutes please. Kind regards All. Roy
