Slow cooker recipes!

Hi all,

We should get our beach on the road by the end of the week and i thought a slow cooker might be a good thing to have with us as we could leave it cooking while we are out and about. Do any of you use one and if so do you have any recipes?

I haven't tried it while camping, but use a slow cooker a lot at home. I have loads of books at home so will try and send some recipes when I get back from holiday, but in the meantime, some good ones on BBC site ...http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/coll ... low-cooker

Thanks for the link! Ill go through them all and see whats easy to make while we are out camping.
