Spain Tolls A15 N1Gipuzkoa

Just a quick heads up for anyone traveling the toll roads around Northern Spain Gipuzkoa region. We returned to the UK last week but have just noticed some unexplained charges on our credit card. It appears our Cali has been identified as a HGV weighing over 3500kgs by 3 of the automatic overhead gantries.
We didn't have a tag for Spain so I can only assume they tied our reg number to some of the tolls we paid as we passed through and charged us extra!
I have challenged it but not expecting much joy TBH.

About £30 after conversion so not that expensive compared to what we spent on tolls overall but we had already paid about £25 tolls at the booth and there shouldn't have been any extra due.
We only have a tag for France so we might have to get one for spain in future.
Still waiting to find out what happens about the Portugal tolls as we didn't realise their completely automated

We’ve just returned from N Spain and Portugal and noticed these gantries and wondered how they were linked to toll charges. Now we know! Fortunately we had an EMovis tag for Spain and Portugal, which allows the registration of the VRN. Looking at my account I don’t appear to have been charged for this section which we did travel through on two occasions so would appear to have worked.
