Storage options for the back of the Beach

We love our Beach, but we're always looking for ways to make the back layout as efficient and sensible as possible. Until recently, we'd been using an Outwell kitchen storer bag for kitchen kit. It got to be rather annoying on long trips. I've been documenting our evolving Beach story here

So, our latest test is one of those folding cupboards standing as a permanent (but removeable, of course) cupboard on the back multiflex board. It works but I don't really like the look of it.

Has anyone used one of these cupboards long-term, or do you have a better solution? I don't need a cooking pod or sink and I don't want to do any DIY to the back of my van, so just something handy and neat!

Well, judging by your homepage, I would for start store such a heavy and bulky item as the fridge, either under the table or strapped securely inside the cabin. In a crash that would be a tonne flying on to your heads.
