Strange Fault ... Up down button on MFSW not working in vehicle settings when stationary … can you help?

We’ve got a strange fault on our 2017 beach and wondered if someone on here had any experience that could help.

We have MFD and MFSW, when trying to reset the tyre pressure warning, the up down rocker button is intermittent sometimes and hardly works most of the time. However when in normal use (driving, scrolling thru info displayed etc) it operates perfectly.
