T5 Headlamps

Hi, well I'm pretty sure that anyone with a T5 knows how bad the lights are, it seems to be a VW/Audi thing, I've had several and they all have appaling lights, I have fitted some, supposedly 50% brighter bulbs but they have made no noticable impact, also I have looked at HiD conversion kits but theseare illegal in the UK, anyone found a good fix or do I have to continue to drive really slow! This is one of the most popular topics on the T4 forum (which covers T5). There are various aftermarket headlamp units such as ones from Travelin-Lite and those combined with better legal bulbs greatly improve the beam.
